With help of photography, all life they were recording objects : water towers, winding towers, gas and oil tanks, frame houses and etc. All photographs of Hilla and Bernd were brilliant black & white prints. They had their typical way of showing the images. The view was taken from level halfway up the objects, so we see the objects in front of us. H. an B.
